The only thing I like about them is their location. 20% more expensive than modesto feed. I only go there when I have to. If their attitudes were better i wouldn't mind the price so much.

They're always helpful! I have a horse recently diagnosed with laminitis and had to order special feed and they went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed! Their prices are also reasonable on their hay, and we're always happy with the quality of the hay. So many folks sell low quality alfalfa for a higher price but valley feed has high quality for a reasonable price! Thank you Valley Feed for supporting local families and not price gouging us!!!! ❤️🙏❤️

Check your feed tags when they load. I typically do, but there were 3 guys in the warehouse, doing nothing, so I figured they had it handled. My bad. They loaded goat mineral. I have sheep. Same bag, different tag. Those that raise sheep understand that could’ve been detrimental. Not to mention the running back and forth. And to top it off, not one apology from the person inside or outside. This generation needs schooling in customer service. When a mistake is made, you make it right and apologize to the customer. I probably wouldn’t have taken the time to write this, if they would’ve handled it better when I went back.

What a pleasant surprise. They offer way more than I ever would've considered! Such a fun store to snoop and find such a wide range of unique items. Especially if you have any kind of pets. And they have delicious pies 😉
